Return, Exchange & Damage Policy

Thank you for shopping with Young & Unique Boutique. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following policies.

 

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Young & Unique Boutique are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order has been placed. Please review product descriptions, sizes, colors, scents and details carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products; however, if your item arrives and was damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier.

To report a damaged item, please contact us with the following:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the damaged item

- Photos of the original packaging and shipping label

Failure to report damage within 48 hours of delivery may result in the claim being denied.


Return Requirement for Damaged Items

Customers will be required to return the damaged item to Young & Unique Boutique. Once the damaged item is received and the shipping carrier’s claim investigation has been completed, a replacement item will be sent. Young & Unique Boutique does not issue refunds for damaged items.


Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Young & Unique Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost/stolen packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Young & Unique Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate their package.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Young & Unique Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Processing Time

Each item at Young & Unique Boutique is handmade with love, and processing times may vary depending on the nature of the product. Some items require extra time to cure, dry, or be carefully prepared before shipping. Please allow additional time for these items so we can ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We appreciate your patience and promise it will be worth the wait!

 

Gift Cards & Promo Codes

When using a gift card or promo code, the discount will apply to the item’s purchase price only. Shipping costs are not included and remain the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that any promotional codes or gift certificates cannot be combined with other offers, and all standard policies—such as processing time and final sale items—still apply.
